Workflow status and stuck steps

New, In progress, Complete, and steps that have waited too long.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| New | No step done yet. |
| In progress | At least one step done. |
| Complete | Every step done. The strip turns green. |
A step that has waited more than 3 days turns amber so owners and admins notice it. Use the With me, New and In progress filters to review the queue.
Clients see only the progress (“1 of 3 steps done”) on their tracking page: never step names, people or notes.
