Changing a workflow later

Open ☰ menu → Workflows → Edit. Changes to names, people and “What to do” apply at once: to new uploads, and to every upload when it is next handed on. Uploads keep their place in the steps.

• You cannot add, remove or reorder steps after creating a workflow. Make a new one and choose it in the Lock’s settings.
• A workflow used by a Lock cannot be deleted. Choose another workflow (or none) on that Lock first.
• If someone saved the workflow while you were editing, reload it and edit again.
