What Renvelock does
Receive documents and form answers from clients, encrypted before they leave the client’s device.
Renvelock lets your business collect documents and answers from clients without email attachments. You send a client a Lock link. They open it, add their details and files (or fill in one of your forms), and press Send. Everything is encrypted in their browser before it is sent, and only your team can open it, with the Lock password.
- Companies hold your team, your Locks and your plan. You can belong to several.
- Locks are secure upload links. Make one per client, or one per kind of document.
- Uploads are what a client sends through a Lock: their name, reference, message and files.
- Workflows (Premium) pass each new upload from person to person, step by step.
- Forms replace the plain upload page with your own questions.
Tip: Renvelock never sees the Lock password. Nobody, not even Renvelock, can open files if the password is lost, so keep it in a password manager. See Choosing and keeping the Lock password.
