Sending a Lock link to clients

Copy the link and send it by email, message or your website.
- 1On the Lock list, press the copy icon on the Lock’s card. The link is copied and a confirmation appears.
- 2Paste it into your email, text message or chat to the client. A Lock with no uploads yet also shows a Copy link button inside it.
Links look like renvelock.com/u/RIVER/KX7P2QMA. Clients do not need an account or the Lock password. They see your company name, your client message and, if you chose one, your form.
Tip: For a link on your website (for example a contact page), use a custom Lock code such as CONTACT and a high maximum uploads.
