Company, Lock, Lock link, Lock password, upload, upload code, form, workflow, roles.

Term	What it means
Company	Your business in Renvelock, with a short company code (4–8 letters, e.g. RIVER), a name, a plan and a team.
Lock	A secure upload link with its own password, upload limit, optional expiry, form and workflow. Random (8 characters) or custom (4–8 characters, e.g. INVOICE).
Lock link	The address clients open: renvelock.com/u/COMPANY/LOCK.
Lock password	The internal password your team uses to decrypt a Lock’s uploads. Clients never need it.
Upload	One submission from a client: their details, a message and up to 100 files (500 MB in total).
Upload code	The 12-character code of an upload (e.g. UG7K2M9Q4XWD). Cards show its last 5 characters; click to copy it.
Form	Your own questions shown to clients instead of the plain upload page.
Workflow	A fixed list of steps, each with a person, that every new upload of a Lock goes through (Premium).
