Unlocking a Lock

Enter the Lock password to see and decrypt its uploads.

The password is checked in your browser; it is never sent. · Sample data
  1. 1Press Unlock on the Lock’s card.
  2. 2Type the Lock password and press OK.
  3. 3The uploads appear, decrypted in your browser. The card now shows Open Lock and a green padlock.

Invalid password. Please try again. means the password does not match this Lock. Check for typing mistakes and the right Lock.

Your company may unlock all Locks with the same password at once, and lock them again after a period without activity. See Lock security policy.
