Your own questions for clients, instead of the plain upload page.

☰ menu → Forms (or g then f). A form groups questions in sections, with choices and file uploads. Answers are encrypted in the client’s browser like any upload.

Editing a form saves a new version. Locks show clients the latest version; earlier submissions keep the version they were answered on. A form used by a Lock cannot be deleted.
