Sending back and reassigning

Return an upload one step to put it right, or give a step to someone else.

From the upload’s ••• menu:

Send back to the previous step: the person with the step (or an owner or admin) returns it one step, to the person who did it. Say what needs putting right in the note. The client is not told.
Give this step to someone else (owners and admins): the upload stays at its step and the new person gets it at the top of their messages and by email.

Tip: Someone on holiday? Change the step’s person in the workflow itself (see Changing a workflow later), so new hand-overs go to their cover. Then reassign the uploads already with them.
