Viewing and downloading files

Download single files, a PDF of form answers, or an offline package.

  1. 1Unlock the Lock and press View on the upload.
  2. 2Press a file to decrypt and save it. Large files show their progress.
  3. 3Or choose Offline package to save the whole upload as one encrypted .html file for your own storage. It opens in any browser with the Lock password, with no internet connection needed.

Form uploads open their answers first. See Reading form answers.

Downloads count towards your company’s monthly allowance. When it is used up, you see “Your company has used this month’s download allowance”. See Plans and limits.

Tip: Files are deleted automatically when your plan’s retention ends (72 hours on Starter, 30 days on Standard, 3 years on Premium). Download what you need to keep.
