Search, pin, copy links and open Locks.

The Lock list with six Lock cards — Pinned Locks are amber, Locks that need you are pink. The open padlock means the Lock is unlocked. · Sample data

Open a company to see its Locks. Each card shows the Lock code, its internal note, the message clients see, uploads used of the limit (e.g. 14/100), when it was created, its form and its expiry.

Button	What it does
📌 Pin	Moves the Lock to the top for everyone in the company. Press again to unpin.
⧉ Copy	Copies the Lock link to send to a client.
⊗ Delete	Deletes the Lock (owners and admins). See Deleting a Lock.
Unlock / Open Lock	Asks for the Lock password, then shows its uploads.

Use the search box (or press /) to find a Lock by its code, note or client message. The search is kept in the address, so you can bookmark it.

Tip: A green open padlock means you have unlocked that Lock in this browser. It locks again automatically after the time your company chose. See Lock security policy.
