The bell: attention requests, workflow steps and company events.
Press the bell (or m). Messages are grouped:
- Needs your attention: colleagues’ requests. Open upload goes to it; Mark done clears it and tells them.
- With you: workflow steps you have. They leave when the step leaves you.
- Today, Yesterday, earlier: new uploads, downloads, comments, Locks created and other events you subscribed to.
Use All / Unread, the search box and the event filter to find something. Mark all as read clears the unread count; the ✕ removes a message.
New messages pop up briefly next to the bell while you work.
