Comments, flags and history

Talk about an upload, reply to the client, mark its status and see who did what.

Tick Internal for a note your team only sees; leave it unticked to reply to the client. · Sample data

Press Comments & history on an upload card.

  • Flags: press Urgent, Important, Attention or Resolved to turn a flag on or off. Flags show as icons on the card for everyone.
  • Comments: type in New Comment and press Add Comment. Tick Internal to keep it within your team. Without Internal, the client sees it on their tracking page.
  • History: every download, flag and other change, with who did it and when.
