Who did what, when and from where, kept for 3 years.
☰ menu → Activity (or g then a). Every upload, download, deletion, comment, flag, pin, sign-in, team change, setting change, form and workflow event is recorded with the person, time, IP address and device.
- Use the buttons (Downloads, Uploads, Team…) and the Lock, Person, From and To filters.
- Export CSV saves the filtered entries, with each entry’s fingerprint.
- Activity is kept for 3 years, even after the files are deleted.
